Wake up your taste Buds.

  •  The Favourite food item we like is Briyani so yeah. So Basically Hyderabad Briyani is the yummy one.

  • PARADISE BRIYANI is the most famous biryani among all of them. This is being started by Ali Hemati.
  • The crown dish of Hyderabadi Cuisine, Hyderabadi biryani developed under the rule of Asaf Jah I, who was first appointed as the governor of Deccan by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
  •  It is made with basmati rice, spices, and goat meat. Popular variations use chicken instead of goat meat.
  • It is situvated on MG Road, Secunderabad, in the Indian state of Telangana. It is reported to be popular for its Hyderabadi biryani and other Hyderabadi dishes.

  • In the year 1953, a movie theater was run in Secunderabad under the name of 'Paradise Talkies'. The theatre was supplemented by a small tea stall selling samosas, chai, and biscuits. It was run by Hussein Himmati, an immigrant from Iran.
  • Slowly Paradise Talkies disappeared. But Hussain's Himmati tea stall slowly began to grow.
  •  The tea stall, which employed 10 people, had grown into a Paradise Hotel employing more than 800 people by 2014.
  •  After Husain, his sons Ali Himmati and Dr. Qazim Himmati developed it to gain international recognition. At present, paradise hotels are spread over an area of 2.5 lakh sq.ft. in Hyderabad.

  • Biryani is the primary dish in a meal, while the pulao is usually a secondary accompaniment to a larger meal.
  • In biryani, meat (and vegetables, if present) and rice are cooked separately before being layered and cooked together for the gravy to absorb into the rice.
  •  Pulao is a single-pot dish: meat (or vegetables) and rice are cooked separately and they are not mixed.
  •  However, some other writers, such as Holly Shaffer (based on her observations in Lucknow), R. K. Saxena, and Sangeeta Bhatnagar have reported pulao recipes in which the rice and meat are cooked together and then simmered for dum cooking until the liquid is absorbed.
